Position: Marchant Relations Manager / Deputy Manager

Responsibility

1. Cooperate with merchants and ACQs(Acquirer) to implement promotions and services that are attractive to cardholders and partners to increase spending volume.

2. Analyze sales data and plan appropriate promotions based on hypothetical scenarios. Verify the effectiveness, and implement more effective promotions.

3. Work with ACQs, PSPs(Payment Service Provider), and merchants to identify and resolve issues in the company's acceptance.

4. maximize the company's visibility in relation to merchants and increase the company's presence in Vietnam.

5. Gather information about partners and markets, share it with supervisors and related teams, and propose and implement necessary actions.

6. Conduct research and interviews with partners as requested by the company head office or internal teams, and share the information with your insight.

7. Allocate resources appropriately to subordinates to carry out assigned tasks efficiently.

8. Manage the budget for the assigned work and maximize the effectiveness of the work in the assigned area within the budget.

• Monthly Salary: 1500～2600 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Age: 30 - 40

・Gender: Any

・Education: Bachelor or above

・Language: English Business level

・ Experience working in a bank card center.

・ Business knowledge of card payments (Acquiring)

・ Business knowledge of sales promotions and campaigns with merchants

・Sales data analysis skills

・ Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese

・ Ability to report appropriately to supervisor, manage subordinates and cooperate with relevant teams
