Position: Controller (Accounting Manager)

Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the accounting operations including:

• ・Financial report (Creating Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) – Monthly/Quarterly/Annually

• ・Financial Management (Payment and balance management)

• ・Budget management and profit and loss analysis

• ・Cost analysis / Cost control

• ・Maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records (will use accounting system)

• ・Accounts payable and receivable

• ・Manage Payroll ＆Tax

• ・Manage Audit (will connect with Audit service agency)

• When start time this position only 1 member. will support for GA & HR task too.
• Working location: Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong
• Monthly Salary: 1500～1800 (USD)

Requirement

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Gender: Any

・Age: 30 - 40

・Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

・Language ：English Business Level

・Working experience: 3 years working as Controller/Accounting Manager/Finance Manager for foreign companies or international groups

・Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

・Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

・Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

・Having Chief Accountant Certificate

Personality

・Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization

・Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

・Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques

・High attention to detail and accuracy

・Ability to direct and supervise

Preferable Skill / Experience

・ Experience working at a famous foreign company

・ Can speak Japanese
