Responsibility

• Interpret/Translate during meetings between Japanese and Vietnamese (60-70%)
• Building and maintaining the quality management system of the factory;
• Carry out certification procedures according to ISO and national standards;
• Updating and implementing requirements related to product quality according to Vietnamese law and national standards;
• Conduct periodic reviews to determine the level of compliance related to product's quality;
• Make adjustments or improvements to ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards;
• Other tasks as assigned by manager
• Working location: Dong Anh, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 650～780 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Age: 22 -30

・Gender: Female preferred

・Education: College Diploma and above, in any major

・Language: Japanese business level (JLPT N2 and above)

・Experience: have 6 months to 1 year of experience as an interpreter in manufacturing companies. (accept fresh graduate if having ~ JLPT N1)

・Skills & Personalities:

• Having the spirit of teamwork and not afraid of difficulties and work pressure;
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
• Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills;
• Good organization and time management skills;
• Sense of responsibility, hard work, good learning ability, initiative and positive thinking.

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Having knowledge and experience related to building a quality management system according to ISO 9001

・Having knowledge and experience related to updating and implementing legal documents

・Experience in Japanese company
