• Selection process: Two rounds (Japanese General Manager -> Vietnamese Manager)

JOB DUTIES

• Report to Vietnamese Manager (male, 30s)
• Company size: 3 members (1 Japanese, 1 Russian, 1 Vietnamese) + 2-3 more afterwards
• Job Responsibilities:

- Fill in and handle documentation: commercial contracts, invoices, purchasing orders, debit notes…
- Do all translation and interpretation in meetings with business partners
- Conduct periodical reports on business status
- Office management: stationary, flight/hotel arrangement, office renting…
- Support factory management; check invoices and accounting practice
- Take charge of market research on supply resource via the Internet, newspaper…
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Desirable Background and Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): Japanese fluent, having some English skills is a big plus
- Computing: MS Office
- Experienced working in similar positions in Japanese companies
