Responsibility

• Design efficient and effective technical solutions and analyze systems specifications to meet business requirements.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to perform analysis, research, and provide effective resolutions.
• Ensure clean and accurate documentation including business and client

requirements, technical specifications, and reports.

• Support on the User Acceptance Testing ensuring that customer expectations are met.
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
• Support on the creation of new proposals to clients, helping to analysis

requirements, task and workflow analysis, business process definition, use cases, scenarios, screen, and interface design, etc

• Plan for requirement phase at the beginning of the project.
• Assign tasks and manage teams to make sure that the project runs smoothly
• Conduct requirement elicitation meeting.
• Analyze business flow and user requirements.
• Document the client's business requirements in detail.
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents
• Working location: Tan Binh District, HCMC
• Working Time: 08:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
• Monthly Salary: 900～1,700USD

Requirements

• Age: 28 - 35
• Gender: Any
• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in software development industry with +4 years in Business Analyst role.
• Language: English - Intermediate Level
• Have good presentation skills.

Preferable Skill / Experience

- Prefer candidates who are good at Japanese
