Business Analyst (BA)

1. Information about full-time position: Business Analyst (BA) / Product Owner

• Working time: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5.30 PM.
• Location: 284/5 Luy Ban Bich, Hoa Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City

2. Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate across departments and teams in all software development phases to ensure all parties are aligned with the requirements of the project;
• Engage and discuss requirements gathering and analyzing;
• Create, prioritize, and maintain project backlog based on business needs;
• As the main contact point for providing business requirements, system requirements, etc. to the development team;
• Experience the development team’s work product and give feedback before presenting it to stakeholders;
• Training for all relate departments about using development team’s product;
• Create and maintain project documents.

3. Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in relevant jobs;
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Analytical skills – capable of analyzing different aspects of business processes and software-development;
• Familiar with Agile mindset - Scrum methodology
• Modeling skills – in-depth knowledge of UML diagrams, BPMN and matrices and highly experience with diagram modeling tools;
• Documentation skills – well-familiar with various types of project documents, capable of defining document’s structure and contents;
• UI/UX skills – experienced with common prototyping tools and capable of creating low fidelity wireframes;
• Technology knowledge – solid understanding of technical terminologies and experience with third-party integration;
• Business knowledge – good understanding of e-commerce/warehouse terminologies and general business process of e-commerce services;
• Software development knowledge – experienced with agile and/or scrum methodology and well-versed in software development life cycle.
• Familiar with Agile mindset - Scrum methodology
