Position: Legal & Compliance Staff

Responsibility

• In charge and responsible for legal issues of the company;
• Participating in drafting contracts and documents issued and signed by the company, checking the legality of transactions of the company consulting, advising the BOD on the law;
• Research, regularly and promptly update changes in laws, circulars, etc. related to production and business activities of the company;
• Check policies system and ensure that the issuance and implementation of the company's policies are in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws;
• Manage legal documents and files, solve arising legal problems of the company
• Manage legal documents and files, handle legal problems in the company;
• Managing compliance with social responsibility;
• Training compliance for All employees at least 01 time/year
• Support HR departments about implementation of policies and benefits for employees;
• Responsible for handling customer social responsibility audits
• Other job according the BOD suggestion.
• Working location: Dist 3, Ho Chi Mnh City
• Monthly Salary: 518～648(USD)

Requirements

• Gender: Any
• Age: 25 - 30
• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Law, Economic, Administrative,...
• Language: Japanese or English - Business Level
• Experience: At least 03 years of working experience as a Legal and Compliance Staff in any industry
• Others: Good Knowledge of regulations code, management skill and problems solving

Preferable Skill / Experience

- Prefer candidates who graduated from Pharmaceutical major or having experience in Pharmaceutical companies
