• Work Time:

- Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)

• Salary Range: Gross 13,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND per month (depends on candidates’ experience)
• Allowance(s): Governed under VN labor law
• Bonus and Incentives: Governed under VN labor law
• Benefit(s): Governed under VN labor law
• Selection Process: One orientation, one online test and 2 interview rounds
• Others: Working on project terms overseas (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines)

JOB DUTIES:

• Report to Vietnamese BOD
• Manage at least 2 staffs
• Job Responsibilities:

- Self-manage a youthful and dynamic team
- Empowered to lead regional expansion
- Approach and utilize newest technologies and business models to operate the project and optimize its products’ activities
- Access to most updated tools and technology to develop and optimize products (Zoho, Anaplan, AI, Power BI, etc.)
- Gain vital skills and valuable practical experience to become Senior Managers, CEO or have your own start-up within 5 years
- Unparalleled chance to practice managing high performing function at scale such as Marketing, Sales, Ops, CS, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Language Skills: English Business level (IELTS 5.0 or TOEIC 450)
- Management experience
- Good education background, fast development/ promotion
- No B2B or Government company
- Prefer experience working in start-up and diverse working field
- Passionate in challenge conquering
- Good logical thinking, organizing, communication and teamwork skills required
