We are currently searching for a UX Designer to provide capability and focus for projects that will upgrade the user experience of Hansen's products and solutions. The role is internal and customer facing, necessitating good communication skills and a willingness to travel. It is expected that the successful applicant will participate in every aspect of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web applications used by call centre agents, back office staff and consumers, from sketches and wireframes through to high-fidelity mockups and design specifications.
• Create navigation flows, storyboards and customer journey maps.
• Work closely with product owners and agile/Scrum development teams on bringing your designs to life.
• Collaborate with product specialists and users of our systems (such as Customer Service Reps) to identify opportunities for UI/UX improvement.
• Maintain living documents such as style guides, pattern libraries, and best practices documents.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the UX practice at Hansen.
