[Urgent] Merchandiser (Japanese & English/ Textile) - HCMC (Onboard 10/2025)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position shall work closely with Japan HQ, in charge of merchandiser duties include production planning, order receiving & follow-up, inventory control & planning, contact with customers, covering production control from sample to bulk production process & shipment.

Primary Job Functions:

• Perform as a bridge communicator to exchange all information between customers, partner with a parent company in Japan
• Receiving orders, balancing raw materials, monitoring production progress, making export documents.
• Follow up production plans, shipment and sales revenue
• Coordinate with the production sites to ensure a stable production line, catch up with customers' required delivery dates, ensure product quality.
• Managing suppliers and processing factories
• Other jobs under management directive from time to time

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese N2 or equivalent. Ability in English shal be a plus
• Experience in Merchandising jobs in Textile industry with Japanese customers
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, and confident
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Can go on business trip
