Mô tả công việc

1. Supplier Selection, Evaluation & Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop both local and international suppliers for materials, machinery, and equipment to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and stakeholders to establish and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Assess supplier capability and compliance according to company procedures.

2. Supplier Performance Management & Improvement

  • Manage supplier performance by analyzing data, monitoring market trends, and identifying potential risks; propose preventive action plans for assigned categories.
  • Evaluate suppliers’ delivery performance on a regular basis.
  • Address and resolve non-conformities or issues arising from suppliers, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and key internal/external stakeholders.

3. Market Price Research & Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze market trends to propose solutions for products with frequent price fluctuations.
  • Conduct market analysis and ensure stable supply of materials for both current and future operations.
  • Analyze, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance with quality standards.

4. Purchasing Operations

  • Organize and execute purchasing activities according to internal processes to meet the company’s operational needs.
  • Supervise and control purchasing costs while maintaining required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure clarity of product specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in drafting and issuing contracts or purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Coordinate closely with the planning team to communicate any changes or delays in delivery schedules.
  • Contribute to product standardization and the development of alternative materials.
  • Prepare regular reports and improvement proposals for the Head of Purchasing Department

5. Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Collect and analyze purchasing data and pricing information to identify negotiation opportunities.
  • Execute strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management activities.
  • Contribute to optimizing the organization’s supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement sourcing strategies that add value to the company.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring cost-effective sourcing.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to achieve cost and efficiency goals.
  • Manage internal team members and suppliers effectively.
  • Establish and achieve strategic directions, goals, and KPIs.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Age: 29–37 years old.

  • Careful, honest, confident, and a strong team player with a cooperative and proactive attitude.

  • Professional and approachable, aligned with the company’s collective goals.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the Hospitality, F&B industry.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
