Mô tả công việc

  • Supplier Coordination & Documentation- Collect and verify required documents from suppliers and upload to the audit system for compliance review.- Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and internal teams for audit schedules and document clarifications.
  • New Product Development Support- Coordinate with suppliers, Merchandisers, QA, Packaging Design, and relevant departments to track and ensure timely progress of new item development.- Follow up on product samples, specification approval, packaging design, and other launch-related steps.- Occasionally assist in supplier site visits (e.g., factories, farms) when assigned, to support evaluation of production capability and product quality.
  • System & Data Management- Create product codes (SKUs), raise purchase orders (POs), and update pricing (including promotional prices) accurately in the system.- Ensure all product data and system inputs are updated and aligned with internal standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis- Collect and compile sales performance reports and other relevant data from internal systems to support category performance tracking and analysis.
  • Administrative and General Support- Handle daily administrative duties related to the category.- Assist Merchandisers/ Manager with tasks and special projects as assigned.
