1. Identifying training needs within the organization and implement Manager and Employee training solutions
2. Executing the talent assessment programs
3. Executing the learning and development initiatives to improve people leaders and employee’s capability
4. Designing courses, implementing different learning methods (training classes, workshops, etc)
5. Developed tests and visual aids, coordinated class arrangements, and developed criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities;
1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or other related field.
2. Experiences: At least 2-year experience in Learning and Development field including significant experience in the design and implementation Learning and Development activities for big scale organizations.
3. Language: Fluent English
4. Skills:
- Teaching skill, Training program development & delivery in complex environment
- Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skill
- High teamwork spirit, Critical thinking, organized, responsible and disciplinary
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
