Scope of Position:
This position will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of Training activities within the Hoiana project. They will be responsible for conduct needs analysis to identify specialized training needs that might arise within the property, make recommendations and suggestions for improvement, design and deliver a range o training courses and related activities and implementing the internal communications and employee events.
This position will also take the responsibility to design and deliver English courses for all operational staff to well equip them with basic English skills to communicate with customers.
All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of Hoiana Management property.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Training Officer:
- Directs, administers and facilitate all training and development efforts throughout the entire property to include producing internal media, orientation, departmental development, skills training, recognition programs, internal communications and employee events.
- Develops activities/curriculum to enhance standardized training programs.
- Design and produce training aids (i.e. case studies, simulations, games, exercises, etc.) and support materials.
- Assist Department other HR operations of mass training, mass recruitment, employee relations.
- Directs the internal and external placement activities for Hoiana Management to include university, colleges.
- Coordinate, negotiate and administer all sourcing/training agency relationships.
- Act as a liaison between Hoiana Management and other property such as Suncity, Rosewood in which they operate to generate interest and strong relationship for the training courses.
English Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and direct English training courses.
- Analyze and suggest the level of learner.
- Suggest new training topics related to English in Hoiana Management businesses
- Provide professional English training on various services from Golf Course, Facility Management or other departments.
- Evaluate business impact of training/learning solutions.
- Provide ideas to improve training methods.
- Broad and updated knowledge related to lessons
Other Duties:
- To comply with all standards of performance, behaviour, and operational policies and procedures in place.
- Participates in appropriated internal and external activities to enhance prestige of the Company.
- Performs other relevant duties as directed by the management.
