Kinh nghiệm:
- Collaborate with departments to analyze in-depth training needs and propose appropriate development solutions
- Design training programs based on core competencies, job competency frameworks, and practical needs (including both soft skills and technical skills)
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs
- Act as an internal trainer for selected soft skills and production management skills programs targeted at middle management
- Develop pre-, during-, and post-training assessment tools; analyze data and propose program improvements
- Support the development and enhancement of training materials, question banks, and learning resources
- Participate in developing the internal trainer network through the "Train the Trainer" program
- Contribute to the implementation of capability development programs and learning culture initiatives
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
• University Bachelor or Master degree
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Competence computer literate (Microsoft Offices, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Training & Development, Talent Management, or HR)
• Strong mindset for people development
• A good team player, willing to support others with planning & organizing skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proactive, open-minded, can-do mindset and have good influencing skills
