Mô tả công việc

Training 50%

1. Control training activities and Employee level up (if required) for Therm-X SVT.

2. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with current manufacturing processes, industry standards, and company policies. (ISO - EHS - customers training requirements)

3. Make sure employees is fully trained per Matrix required with full records.

4. Schedule refresh training for departments monthly; Update data to training matrix for relevant departments regularly.

5. Scan, keep records (hard & soft copies) carefully and retrieve records for audit evidence. Be able to present the training evidence to auditors when required.

6. Communicate with relevant trainers to schedule training classes, setup training rooms.

7. Remind trainers to complete the scheduled training on time.

8. Create, update & develop comprehensive training content, develop training programs, utilizing modern training methods (e.g., video materials, interactive quizzes)

9. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance monitoring.

10. Work closely with production managers and supervisors to develop training material, identify training gaps, areas requiring improvement.

Recruitment 40%

1. Manage the recruitment process end-to-end for a variety of roles, from operator to Supervisor. Ensure that the required quantity is filled and completed within the specified time frame as per the department's request.

2. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach

3. Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

4. Develop compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards and internal platforms.

5. Track and report on recruitment report, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity, and provide insights to improve processes.

6. Coordinate job offers, negotiate terms, and manage pre-employment processes (background checks, references, etc.).

7. Help build and maintain a positive company brand that attracts high-quality candidates.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.

9. Develop and Open Recruitment channel to attract Candidates

10. Create & Update Candidate Database
