Get to know our Team:

  • We’re looking for a Trainer to join our Operations team as we are experiencing tremendous growth across the region. The location to be based in Grab Driver Center.


Get to know the Role:

  • To ensure that daily operations at the Grab Driver Center runs smoothly.
  • Work hand in hand with Operations to ensure Grab Drivers issues are resolved in timely manner.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Ensure on-time and smooth operations of Grab Driver Centre at all time.
  • Ensure all queries are handled in professional manner.
  • Conduct driver training/re-education where applicable.
  • Ensure office compound is kept tidy and all systems (AC, AV) are in working order.
  • Adhere to SOP pertaining to driver re-activation.
  • Provide courteous service in professional manner at all time.
  • Handle or escalate driver issues calmly and professionally, ensuring any outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to instructions from team lead and work as a team.
  • Any other duties assigned to you by your Supervisor.


The must haves:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in any fields.
  • Process-oriented.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Have relevant working experience in Customer Service, Training or Sales
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of training experience.
