1. Manage the operation of testing team:

* Plan for testing & Managing Testing team in carrying out tests at independent lab, including solving problems related to concrete samples, tests, certificates

* All problems must be followed and reported daily to ensure that the best actions are done before the final test

2. Ensure test conducted under controlled conditions:

* Check testing conditions at 03 rd Party Labs

* Monitor testing and give feedback to Labs for improvement

* Get agreement with other parties to change Labs in case of necessary

3. Follow payment process to get testing certificate on time:

* Control testing cost payment process to make sure it comply with policy and Sale contract with customers

* Collaboration with procurement to increase payment through contract & open PO process. Submit test certificates to Sales/ customers on time

4. People Development:

* Build succession plan in team

* Build teamwork for good achievement
