The day-to-day activities:

  • Provide a full range of management process with effective leadership to ensure that operation run smoothly and reach the target.
  • Continuously drive, train, develop, and coach subordinates (both supervisor and team) to ensure maximum sales efficiency along with a high level of service standards.
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze team performance (according to KPIs) together with customer feedback to come up with an improvement plan.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, services, promotion and campaign.



The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years experiences in supervise level in telesales or call center business.
  • Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skill, presentation skill, and proactive approach.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good competent in computer skills (MS Office).
