Provide a full range of management process with effective leadership to ensure that operation run smoothly and reach the target.
Continuously drive, train, develop, and coach subordinates (both supervisor and team) to ensure maximum sales efficiency along with a high level of service standards.
Monitor, evaluate and analyze team performance (according to KPIs) together with customer feedback to come up with an improvement plan.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, services, promotion and campaign.
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3 years experiences in supervise level in telesales or call center business.
Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skill, presentation skill, and proactive approach.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
