Technical training to CIC agent, SVC Technicians of all SVC Centers
Daily communication with all SVC Technicians for technical issue and urgent request
Communicating with factories for product quality issue
Weekly long pending review and proposal potential defective parts for SVC centers
Weekly review Hold code (R011) and co-work with validation team for Hold release
Monthly validation for non-part SVC claims that all factories request
Technical consultant for VOC/Other task

University graduates from university in technical/electronics field
Have experience in product/ technical training for at least 3 years
Good communication and presentation skills
Willing to go on business trip to provinces
