Technical Staff

• Provide technical guidance and training to cabinet makers partners: D&B, Kichen Studio, Carpentry workshop, dealer, sub dealer on hardware fittings (hinge, runner, lift systems...) installation and maintenance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot technical issues related to product usage, or installation errors.
• Work with customer’s technical staff to ensure correct product application in displayed cabinet.
• Conduct on-site visits to support installation and solve technical problems.
• Test and evaluate new products for performance, durability, and ease of installation.
• Maintain updated technical knowledge on company product lines and related materials.
• Prepare simple technical drawings or installation diagrams when required.
• Report recurring issues or customer feedback to Sales Manager and for product and services improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company technical guidelines.
• Do other arising tasks as the company requirements

Qualifications:

• Vocational/technical school diploma or higher in mechanical, woodworking, construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in installing hardware fittings, furniture hardware, or related products. • Strong practical skills in using installation tools and measuring equipment.
• Good understanding of materials (wood, metal, glass, composites) and their compatibility with different hardware fittings.
• Experience in training or instructing others on technical procedures (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Physically fit to handle installation tasks and travel to job sites.
• Basic English communication

Technical Skills:

• Installation techniques for hardware fittings.
• Product troubleshooting and repair.
• Material compatibility knowledge.
• Tool usage and maintenance.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication with carpenters, technical staffs, and team members.
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making on-site.
• Attention to detail and precision in installation work.
• Patience and clarity when explaining technical procedures to non-technical users.
