Technical Program Manager (TPM)

· Fully involved in project life cycle

· Define project charter and stakeholder management

· Develop a project management plan and communication management methodologies

· Create an environment that motivates the organization and project team

· Define and maintain project quality standards

· Resolve resource availability issues in the organization

· Manage project risks and remove impediment

· Deliver the project on time and within budget ​

The must haves:

· 5 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Project Management, System Analysis, Conversion & Integration

· Proven experience leading Agile Scrum teams

· Good knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean & other Agile process frameworks

· Develop a project management plan and communication management methodologies

· Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style​
