Job brief
We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to develop and implement inbound marketing strategies and campaigns.
You will be responsible for creating and managing content, including Google Ads , blog posts, social media posts including Ads, and email marketing. You will also analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make adjustments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inbound marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and excellent writing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team for B2B and B2C channels targeting global markets.
Set clear OKRs and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluation for team members.
2. Strategic Planning & Market Insights
Collect and analyze market trends, competitor insights, and customer behavior to build effective lead generation strategies.
Develop and manage annual/quarterly marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
3. Digital Marketing Management
Oversee all AVT company websites (English, Spanish, French) and ensure SEO optimization.
Manage all digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TripAdvisor, Google Ads, and YouTube.
Plan and run advertising campaigns, monitor analytics, and respond promptly to inquiries from digital channels.
4. Content Development & Media
Develop and implement content strategies for social media, website, and newsletters.
Oversee design and production of marketing materials.
Collaborate with media partners for campaigns, PR, and branding activities.
5. Project & Campaign Management
Lead marketing projects including trade fairs, FAM trips, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
6. Sales & Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with Sales team to manage leads, track performance, and optimize conversion rates.
Assist BOD in internal marketing for policy updates, plans, and strategic directions.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Tourism & Travel, or PR, preferably in inbound tourism in Vietnam/Indochina.Leading team skills are preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent English communication (other languages a plus).
Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management.
Data-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
