Team Coordinator (Contract)

The Role

o Support various teams within Grab’s Online Team with a focus on
scheduling a high volume of interviews and meetings in an organized and
prompt manner
o Advise potential hires on the selection process when required
o Manage entire candidate experience including but not limited to; validating
parking, conference room maintenance, greeting and escorting
candidates, etc.
o Liaise with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve recruiting
efficiency
o Update and maintain process documentation
o Support the People Operations team in areas including but not limited to
onboarding, recruiting events, corporate calendar management, and other
ad hoc projects
o Support travel coordination and expense management
o Schedule and coordinate all office and team events
o Support functional head(s) with executive assistant duties including
calendar management, visa administration, travel coordination, etc.
o Manage venue/meeting room booking on behalf of functional head(s)
o Support data collation & consolidation
o Other admin tasks and projects for Online functional heads

Requirements

o Minimum of 2 years of administrative working experience, preferably in the
technology sector
o Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
o Must be willing to reside in the lobby during working business hours
o Ability to handle ambiguity, cross function & matrix environment
o Ability to adapt and work in a challenging and dynamic environment
o Ability to multi-task and execute with speed

o Excellent MS Office skills and computer literacy
o Strong team player
