[TAY NINH] Site Administrator

Site Administrator, who will work at site of Tay Ninh 1&2 solar power plant projects – Tay Ninh province, is responsible for:

• Being in charge of Document Control for the whole project
• Supporting for transportation arrangement at site such as:

• Arrange transportation as per Vehicle Arrangement Request approved by Site Manager
• Check and file Daily Transportation Report filled by drivers, and report to General Affairs Team in weekly basis

• Supporting for purchasing requests at site as following:

• Issue Request for Purchase signed by Site Manager/Project Manager/Construction Manager and follow up the purchase request
• Be in charge of all payment procedures

• Arranging accommodation at site and report to General Affairs Team in weekly basis
• Supporting construction team for timesheet preparation and approval
• Supporting all administrative work at site office
• Performing other tasks assigned by Site Manager/Project Manager/Construction Manager
