Mô tả công việc

Responsible for overseeing all recruitment and training activities for the ITL FM North, ensuring the attraction of the right talents and development of internal capabilities in line with the company’s strategic HR direction.

• Performance (50%)

- Ensure recruitment targets in terms of quantity, quality, and timeline.

- Collaborate with departments to build a long-term recruitment action plan

- Oversee employer branding and recruitment communication activities.

- Develop and implement periodic training plans, onboarding, and internal skills development.

• Customer Satisfaction (15%)

- Ensure satisfaction of departments in the recruitment process.

- Collect and analyze feedback from trainees/supervisors after training for program improvement.

• Operation Excellence (15%)

- Improve recruitment and training processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost.

- Manage recruitment data and training records scientifically and accurately.

- Build periodic reports for the Line Manager and the BOD.

• Human Resource Management (10%)

- Guide and develop junior staff (if any).

- Manage recruitment and training budget as planned.

- Contribute to building a capability development roadmap for operations staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, preferably in Human Resources-related majors such as Human Resource Management, or Law.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment, with preference given to candidates with knowledge/experience in Logistics.

- Strong communication skills, proactive, and agile.

- Good command of English or above.
