POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Department: HRD

Location: 2nd floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC

Working time: 8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and define job requirements.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech & Back-office (60%), and mass hiring (40%) for data/image processing, customer service, especially language-based positions.

Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, events, etc.), direct outreach, networking, and headhunting, to identify passive candidates.

Build and maintain segmented candidate databases to meet high-volume and urgent hiring needs.

Employer Branding

Coordinate and support recruitment events, such as job fairs, interview days, student visits, etc.

Collaborate with the Internal Communication/MKT team to build engaging employer branding.

Strengthen partnerships with universities, training centers, and local communities.

Other duties

In charge of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start for new employees.

Manage and update recruitment data and hiring reports.

Analyze data to recommend improvements in processes and talent attraction strategies.

Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Lead or HR Manager.
