Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development (TA & OD) Specialist

1. Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: discuss hiring needs, post job ads, source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, send offer letters, and support onboarding.

• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks).

• Promote the employer brand and maintain a professional image to attract high-quality candidates.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

2. Training & Development

• Conduct needs assessments to identify employee and departmental training requirements.

• Design, organize, and implement training programs (workshops, e-learning, direct coaching).

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Support employee development activities: performance evaluation, career path planning, and individual development plans.

3. Employee Engagement & Company Culture

• Participate in developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

• Support internal communication efforts and contribute to building a positive, professional work environment.

• Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment and/or training. Experience in manufacturing companies, especially furniture or woodworking, is preferred.

• Language: Able to communicate in English.

• Professional Skills:

  • Proficient in recruitment processes, interviewing, and negotiation.

  • Knowledge of training methods, performance evaluation, and employee engagement practices.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
