Experience:
1. Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
Manage the full recruitment cycle: discuss hiring needs, post job ads, source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, send offer letters, and support onboarding.
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks).
Promote the employer brand and maintain a professional image to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
2. Training & Development
Conduct needs assessments to identify employee and departmental training requirements.
Design, organize, and implement training programs (workshops, e-learning, direct coaching).
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Support employee development activities: performance evaluation, career path planning, and individual development plans.
3. Employee Engagement & Company Culture
Participate in developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Support internal communication efforts and contribute to building a positive, professional work environment.
Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment and/or training. Experience in manufacturing companies, especially furniture or woodworking, is preferred.
Language: Able to communicate in English.
Professional Skills:
Proficient in recruitment processes, interviewing, and negotiation.
Knowledge of training methods, performance evaluation, and employee engagement practices.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
