End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining job requirements with hiring managers to extending job offers and conducting onboarding.
Sourcing & Employer Branding: Develop and execute sourcing strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks). Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice to attract a strong pipeline of candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates, whether hired or not, have a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Organizational Development (OD)
Training & Development: Identify training needs through needs assessments, design and implement learning programs (workshops, e-learning, etc.), and measure their effectiveness.
Performance Management: Support the performance review cycle and work with managers to create clear performance goals, provide feedback, and facilitate career development plans for employees.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
Change Management: Support the planning and communication of organizational changes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, with a strong background in both talent acquisition and organizational development.at manufacturing companies, experience working in the furniture or woodworking industry is a plus
Skills:
Recruiting: Proven skills in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates.
OD: Solid understanding of training methodologies, performance management systems, and employee engagement principles.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
