About the Team:

The Programs & Operations team is a relatively young team focused on supporting the talent acquisition team in achieving their organisational goals. The wider team incorporates Operational Excellence, Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing. You will be working with a knowledgeable group of people that strive to be better together and outserve their customers.

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner, you work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Coordinators to achieve challenging hiring goals and support other talent acquisition efforts across the organisation. This includes supporting process improvement, development of training, reporting and communications. It is safe to say that no day will be the same. In turn, you will have an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, global talent acquisition organisation and develop yourself as an operations specialist with future opportunities in- and outside of People Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a central point of contact and listening ear to the global talent acquisition team.

  • Ask the right questions to gain an understanding of the requirements and the challenges faced by stakeholders.

  • Provide fitting solutions based on input and data gathered.

  • Develop and manage talent acquisition projects that are impactful and user-friendly.

  • Collect data from various systems and conduct basic analysis to draw simple insights that ensure accurate decision-making.

  • Create well-crafted presentations and content for documentation and training purposes that is well-articulated and convincing.

Skills Requirement:

  • 5+ years’ experience in human resources and recruitment.

  • 3+ years’ hands-on recruitment experience, preferably some in-house, preferred.

  • You are analytical and methodological in your approach to problem-solving.

  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS, reporting, training and support preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of Workday ATS and workflow would be considered a significant advantage.

  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of how organisational functions affect one another.

  • Experience partnering within and outside of People Operations to achieve operational excellence.

  • Understanding of HR-, project- and change management concepts.

  • Solid cultural understanding of the South-East Asia region highly beneficial.

  • Ability to draw insights from talent acquisition reports to inform decision-making.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and manage time efficiently.

  • Additional experience with systems and tools such as Zendesk, Hiretual, Beamery, Codiity and Wrike is advantageous.
