Mô tả công việc

  • Coordinate with departments to receive recruitment requests and ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with business needs.
  • Manage job postings across various channels (job portals, company website, social media) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with Department Heads.
  • Support interview logistics and gather feedback from interviewers.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle offer communication, onboarding requirements, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records, employee documents, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Prepare and submit recruitment reports with data on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and related metrics.
  • Assist with other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
