IN YOUR ROLE AS A TABP, YOU WILL:

  • Partner with hiring managers throughout our organization to establish a recruiting strategy with realistic expectations
  • Think creatively about recruiting processes and procedures to help maintain a talent pipeline which will support our growth over the coming years
  • Drive and manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding of candidates
  • Develop exciting ads from current job descriptions to attract desired candidates
  • Utilize a variety of social media channels to attract talent
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to tap into university talent pools
  • Source, recruit and hire for a wide range of skill sets

AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE:

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition consultant, or equivalent, with specific experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Ability to think strategically and critically
  • Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
  • A self-starter who can act as a strong individual contributor in a fast pace environment
  • Solid background using direct sourcing methods (Networking, LinkedIn, Job-Boards, Internal Talent Pools) and the ability to identify the best talent
  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and closing qualified candidates
  • Experienced in handling Technology Hiring (mandatory)
