Supply Quality Engineer (GrabCycle - SZ)

职位目的Purpose of the Job:

供应商质量管理工程师将领导实施供应商质量保证计划，它包括监督活动，即推动供应商生产能力和质量性能的改善。并与全球采购部门紧密合作。保证生产的正常进行及产品质量可靠性

The Supplier Quality Engineer will lead the implementation of the supplier quality assurance program which involves overseeing activities that drive improvements in supplier productivity and quality performance. Working closely with the Global Sourcing organization. Ensuring the production and our product’s reliability at field.

职责与权限 Responsibility and Authority:

岗位职责 Regular Responsibilities:

1. 对潜在的和已有的国内供应商进行质量体系审核，与全球采购部门协调评估和纠正行动计划，促使供应商提供的产品质量与公司要求的符合性并不断提升国内关键供应商的自我改善机制和质量绩效。

Perform Supplier Quality System audits on potential and existing suppliers and coordinate the assessment and/or corrective action plans with the Global Sourcing organization, push for the supplier’s performance of both product and quality system.

2. 及时制定并和供应商充分沟通质量方面的要求，从而保证来料质量满足公司产品对其的要求。

Early and at least timely communicate with supplier about Murphy’s quality requirements sufficiently, to ensure the incoming parts be conformance with the requirements.

3. 牵头处理被发现的来料不合格及其与供应商的联系，确保不发生重复的质量问题，避免对生产线的效率和生产进度的影响。

Lead to deal with the non-conforming, avoid the reoccurrence of the quality issue, to reduce the negative impact to production

4. 发展，实施和维护跟踪国内关键供应商质量性能趋势指标，并采取相应的纠正措施。

Develop, implement and maintain metrics that track trends in supplier quality performance and taking relevant corrective actions

5. 参与国产化进程。

Positively be a member of localization

6. 参与定期的供应商考评，提供客观，正确的数据。

To provide the objective and accurate date for periodical supplier evaluation

7. 参与工厂内质量改进活动。

Participate the quality improvement activities within the plant

8. 支持质量管理体系的建设与保持，处理文控中心日常事宜。

Support and maintain the quality management system; deal with the daily job of DCC

9. 预评审供应商提交的PPAP文件，指出其不足并监督其改进，之后转交质量经理审核并批准。

Pre- evaluate the PPAP documents submitted by supplier, indicate its shortage and monitor its improvement, then deliver it to quality manager for reviewing and approving.

10. 设定适当的质量目标，收集相关数据，将实绩与目标做对比。未达标时与供应商共同制定改进方案并确保其实施。

Set appropriate quality goals; collect related data; compare performance with goals. If not meet, make the improvement plans

with other related departments colleagues and ensure its implementation.

质量职责 Quality Responsibilities:
1. 发现任何产品质量问题，应立刻向上级汇报，并配合解决。

Once found product quality issue, should immediately report to the Management, and help to solve the problem.

2. 为实现、保持和改进产品质量做出自己的贡献。

Contribute to implement, maintain and improve the quality of the products.

3. 关注客户的需求，明白偏离客户要求的产品会给客户带来潜在的风险。

Focus on the requirements of customers; understand that if we can’t meet the needs of customers, there’ll be potential risk to them.

持续改进职责 Continuous Improvement Responsibilities:

1. 有责任和义务参加RIE 等持续改进活动。

Have the responsibilities and obligations to participate in continuous improvement activities, such as RIE.

2. 应关注安全，积极参与Near miss的寻找和改善。

Pay attention to safety, actively participate in the near miss finding and improvement.

3. 有权利提出纠正与预防措施的要求，也有义务完成他人提出的措施要求。

Have the right to request for corrective and preventive action, and also have the obligation to complete the assigned

prevention requirements.

任职资格Qualification:

1. 工程或技术等相关专业本科学历。

B.S. Degree in Engineering or technical field.

2. 5年以上质量或持续改进领域的工作经验（有汽车行业经验者优先）。

5+ years of experience in the field of quality or continuous improvement (automobile industry preferred).

3. 具有ISO9001和TS16949质量体系知识。

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality specifications.

4. 熟悉精益6西格玛方法和工具。

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods and tools a plus.

5. 具有一定的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Proficiency in reading and writing English, basic in speaking.
