Get to know the Role:

As the Supply Growth Executive, you are the superstar responsible for owning and growing mass-transit partner relationships. We’re looking for thos who can operate independently, move fast, and get things done. Assist the Growth & Business Operations Manager to:

- Secure strategic partnerships with mass-transit transport providers

- Build long term expansion opportunities and maintain harmonious relationship with existing partners.

The day-to-day activities:

Business Development & Partnership
• Strategize partnership model and plan out priority partners to pursue, in line with overall country strategy

• Engage prioritized mass-transit partners for discussion, structuring and negotiation.

- Build Membership plans to acquire and retain Supply Partners


Route Portfolio Management

- Seek applicable intel and keep self updated of current industry situation to understand supply dynamics of the business

- Plan and execute campaigns to acquire new and retain existing routes / partners.

- Evaluate the strengths and opportunities of existing routes to seek new alternatives to improve route performance


Business Financials
- Monitor expenses within forecasted cost and business performance

- Build business case studies, analysis and recommendations

People

- Able to coordinate projects and contribute in teams within the company

  • - Develop strong and long-lasting relationships within the company and with diverse external business stakeholders.


The must haves:

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- With 3 years experience in a business environment, preferably in a strategic or business development role.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Demonstrates ability to communicate, present and influence public affairs, external key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

- Possesses solid skills on Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
- Economics or statistics background would be a plus.

Technical Skills
- With strong writing and communication and interpersonal skills.

- Exhibits outstanding listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Specific experience
- Experience dealing with government, government linked companies, major and international brands, transport hubs and retail malls is an advantage.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to data.

- Has willingness to learn & ability to adapt is a big plus.

Overall experience
- Team player able to work with external parties and own team.
- Effective communicator – verbal and written.
