Get to know the Role:

To assist the Head of Sales in:

  • Close strategic partners for GrabPay. Build internal sales team. Close shortlisted marketing partners.

Traits required to excel in this role:

  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Strong deal structuring skills, data and target driven individual.
  • Structured, responsible and driven individual.
The day-to-day activities:
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Acquire strategic partners for GrabPay.
  • Build Internal Sales Team: Build internal sales team to acquire strategic and marketing partners.
  • Launching New Markets: Identify and plan the launch of GrabPay in new markets.
  • Scale: Improve sales process to increase efficiency.
  • Prior experience in budget management is a plus point.
  • This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.

The must haves:
  • 5 years working experience in sales management and strategy.
  • Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel).
  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
  • Experience in dealing with external and internal parties.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Have managed a team of 5 minimum previously.
  • Responsible for business targets.
