Special Projects Senior Executive

Get to know the Role:

• The team interacts with and touches all aspects of Grab’s business, so there’s no such thing a as a typical day.

The day-to-day activities:

• Contribute to growth of outer cities , through 4 pillars:
• Special Projects – Able to extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence to support special project activities.
• Driver Acquisition – Work closely with city and transport teams to define strategies and initiatives in order to achieve driver acquisition targets
• Driver Engagement – Coordinate with different departments to define and execute engagement programs across Malaysia.
• Internal Operations – Maintain, communicate and suggest new operational work flows between core operations (HQ) and outer cities.

The must haves:

• Strong academic record from top tier institutions
• Good in written and spoken English. Malay/Chinese added advantage.
• Excellent in data, analytical and problem-solving skills in a structured manner.
• Good computer skills (words, worksheet & presentation)
• Able to conduct training sessions would be an added advantage
• Able to work well with other team members as well to help out when needed. In Grab we call this principle YPIMP - Your Problem is My Problem.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle inquiry/difficult customer and situation in professional manner
• Ability to establish effective communications & good interpersonal skills
