Understand and be able to contribute to high-level vision and direction of the company and proactively translate this into actionable initiatives
Lead tactical demand initiatives including strategic marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of GrabExpress service among each segment of customers, responsible for end-to-end design and execution of each campaign, from concept ideation, go-to-market strategy to budget planning
Manage reporting and analysis of each initiative, evaluate effectiveness and all success metrics of each marketing campaign and initiative
Support partnership projects for GrabExpress, develop presentation, project manage end-to-end collaboration, support partner relationship management, and execute assigned tasks
Handle ad-hoc queries, requests, issues from drivers, customers and other internal departments in a timely manner
You should also have:
1-5 years of experience in relevant marketing/demand role or management consulting
Strong academic performance
Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan. Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
