Design market intelligence metrics and performance measurement dashboards.
Identify supply reliability problems by using internal and external data.
Perform business process mapping and analysis.
Design new process to improve team productivity and supply reliability.
Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends with the purpose of generating insights about the market.
Build strong relationship with management and operational executives; translate data speak to human speak in order to effectively conceptualize analysis and proposing solutions to business stakeholders with the purpose of enhancing operational performance.
The day-to-day activities:
You will need to plan, execute, monitor and correct every actions your respective special projects
You will need to do all internal and external stakeholder management
You will need to maintain operational standard in your special project activity
You will need to be able to extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence to support special project activities
You will make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
You expected to manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency and deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost of the special projects
You are expected to track spending on timely manner
The must haves:
Good in written and spoken English
Excellent in data, analytical and problem-solving skills in a structured manner
Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills and people management skills
Minimum 2-3 years of primary experience in product development, corporate strategy, marketing, sales and partnership
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary

Minimum overall experience of 2 to 3 years of overall experience
