Special Project City Management team is fully responsible for all city special projects activities while at the same time responsible for budget and target of said special projects. The team need to be able to create a quick wins and long term strategy to accelerate growth while at the same time various adhoc and medium terms projects in various areas and cities. The team need to also have the muscle skills to execute the strategy in timely manner
Get to know the Role:
- Fully responsible on supporting internal team and external parties such as partners, local governance, rental owner. Supporting special project activities will vary depending with city characteristic and will need strong skills to manage the projects in the various cities.
- You will be assisting to grow the already strong presence of Grab in your area with the special project activities
- You will support to maintain the customer both from drivers, passenger and internal stakeholder satisfaction level in your area
The day-to-day activities:
- You will need to support the planning, execution, monitoring and correction of every actions your respective special projects for 4W team
- You will need to do all support internal and external stakeholder management
- You will need to support in maintaining operational standard in your special project activity
- You will need to be able to extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence to support special project activities
- Support the Head of Transport and its team to ensure high retention rate & increase partners LTV and grow and nurture team capability
- You will make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
- You expected to support manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency and deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost of the special projects
- You are expected to track spending on timely manner
The must haves:
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good in written and spoken English
- Excellent in data, analytical and problem-solving skills in a structured manner
- Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills and people management skills
- Minimum 3-4 years of primary experience in product development, corporate strategy, marketing, sales and partnership
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
- Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
- Able to assist in creating key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
- Minimum overall experience of 3 to 4 years of overall experience
