Sourcing & Purchasing Specialist (Fabric)

Report to: Product Manager.

Location: 311 Tay Thanh, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District.

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).

Responsibilities:

• Purchase Planning: Research and analyze fashion market trends, identify potential products, and create purchasing plans based on market demand and the company's direction.
• Negotiation and Contract Signing: Work with suppliers, negotiate prices, quantities, product quality, and delivery time.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with suppliers, evaluate and select potential suppliers, and seek new suppliers when necessary.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory status, ensure sufficient stock to meet business needs without causing waste. Collaborate with related departments to optimize the supply process.
• Quality Control: Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure that incoming products meet quality requirements. Handle any issues related to product quality.
• Analysis and Reporting: Track the sales performance of each product, analyze the effectiveness of purchasing plans, and prepare periodic reports to upper management.

Requirements:

Compulsory:

• Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented + meticulous.
• Extensive understanding of international markets and trade trends.
• Proficient in purchasing process.
• Strong negotiation skills and partner relationships management.

As a big plus if:

• Passionate about technology, willing to experiment with new technologies.
• Extensive experience using branded/high-end products.
• Experience in working with premium brands in fashion industry.
