You will be working with the team in Kudo (Grab R&D Center) in Jakarta.

The day-to-day activities:

a. Ship reliable software through agile software engineering, continuous integration, test automation, and in-depth code reviews
b. Maintain and investigate an issue that occurs in Kudo mobile engineering ecosystem
c. Work cross-functionally with our product team and many other engineering teams.
d. Participate in brainstorming sessions and have the chance to contribute innovative and original ideas to our technology, algorithms, and product.
e. Share skills and knowledge with others while building productive internal/external working relationships. ​

The must haves:
a. Familiarity with OOP language (e.g. Java) and have a strong grasp in OOP concept
b. Have a good knowledge in software engineering (e.g. design pattern, agile methodologies, SDLC best practices)
c. Familiar with Version Control System ( E.g. : Git, Mercurial )
e. Willing to learn, share and teach
f. Strong User Interface design sense and implementation

Our ideal candidates:
a. BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
b. Have created and published an Android Application before
c. Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities in Android app
d. Know how to write a good unit test ​
