Mô tả công việc

  • Social Media Content Management: Oversee and manage content on Facebook, TikTok, Spotify, Zalo, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Content Planning & Calendar: Develop monthly content plans and calendars, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Content Creation & Approval: Write, review, and approve content across multiple teams, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • KOL and Social Page Booking: Coordinate with agencies to book KOLs and social pages for brand collaborations, and handle related documentation.
  • Seeding & Community Engagement: Plan and manage seeding activities in groups, forums, and fanpages to enhance visibility and organic engagement.
  • Paid Social Ads Management: Support in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, etc.); track budgets and performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR).
  • Reporting & Strategy Development: Monitor, analyze, and prepare monthly performance reports; propose strategies to improve engagement and achieve business goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Performance Marketing/ Social Media (having working experience in pharmaceutical companies is a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
