Mô tả công việc

  • Setting the Vibe: You'll be the brain behind our entire social media and content strategy. You'll figure out what works best on each platform to reach our fashion-loving crowd and convert engagement into sales.
  • Creating the Spark: This is where your creativity truly shines! You'll lead the charge in dreaming up and producing stunning content. Think viral short videos, mini-series, and campaigns that make people stop scrolling and click "add to cart." We want everything to scream our brand's aesthetic and drive immediate e-commerce action.
  • Driving E-commerce Success: You'll work closely with the e-commerce team to create campaigns that connect our social media content directly to our online store. It's all about making that digital interest translate into tangible online sales and strong conversion rates.
  • Being Data-Smart: You'll use tools to spot the newest trends (especially in fashion!), understand what our audience loves, and keep improving our content. You'll always have sales performance in mind.
  • Innovating & Leading: Instead of just following trends, you'll be the one setting them, particularly in fashion and lifestyle, and seeing how they boost our online store.
  • Keeping Our Voice On Point: You'll ensure every piece of content sounds authentically us – positive, aspirational, and always true to our brand's elegant personality, while subtly guiding users towards purchase.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Valuable Experiences: You've got at least 4+ years of solid experience in content creation, copywriting, and managing social media, with a proven track record of driving e-commerce sales and conversion. We're especially keen if you've worked in fashion, direct-to- consumer (DTC) retail, or a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Bonus points if you've been with an agency or MCN!
  • A Creative Powerhouse: You're brilliant at coming up with and making eye-catching content, especially short videos (like on TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts). Show us your past work – we want to see your engaging stories and your sophisticated eye for fashion, with clear examples of how your content led to sales.
  • Strategic & Sharp: You know how to build a social media strategy that isn't just pretty, but actually drives real e-commerce results and conversion. And yes, you're comfortable with analytics – using data to make smart decisions that impact the bottom line.
  • Fashion & Culture Expert: You've got your finger on the pulse of Vietnamese fashion trends, consumer desires, and the unique quirks of our digital landscape. You don't just see trends; you understand how to weave them into captivating content that encourages online purchases.
  • Collaborative & Go-With-The-Flow: You love working with others, taking feedback in stride, and turning it into something even better. Our world moves fast, so being able to adapt with grace and handle pressure is key.
