We are seeking a skilled SMT process engineer to join our team. You will responsible for SMT process abnormal analysis and improvement, FACA report, SOP define
SMT process abnormal analysis & improvement
• Responsible for SMT process control and FACA&8D report
• SMT process abnormal analysis and improvement
•Make and update SOP
- Graduated from university with a major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
–Above 3 years of SMT process engineer or NPI experience
– Family with SMT stencil design, IPC-610, IPC-7527 and so on
– Family with excel, PPT, Minitab, JMP, Cam350 or GC2000, CAD,
– Family with DOE, seven QC tools,8D&FACA report
– Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•Familiar with Fuji NXT machine
•Fluent in spoken Chinese/English
Working Conditions:
• Full‑time, on‑site position.
