The Site Finding Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Site Finders to identify the right locations that meet both quantity and quality targets, while also improving the data system in alignment with our brand’s growth plan. The role focuses on site selection, data-driven decision-making, and building strong industry networks to support aggressive expansion plans across the country.
Key AccountabilitiesTarget Management & Planning
- Assist the Head of Expansion in developing the annual site development plan to ensure timely and effective execution of store opening targets.
- Develop a framework for site selection standards, including location criteria, scoring metrics, and decision checkpoints, to guide the team and ensure consistent evaluation across regions.
- Identify and secure high-potential retail locations that meet the company’s standards for visibility, accessibility, customer potential, and support financial targets.
- Buildup and maintain a robust site pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified locations that support business objectives.
- Lead and oversee negotiations with landlords and property owners to gain site approval and secure favorable commercial terms.
Stakeholder & Network Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including real estate agencies, property developers, alliances, and partners.
- Enhance outsourced expansion capacity by developing broker relationships and establishing a strong external partner network.
- Represent the company in external engagements to strengthen business partnerships and ensure a positive, professional market presence.
Capability Building & Development
- Improve the capacity & capability of the Site Finder team by conducting training and sharing sessions to enhance performance in site acquisition, relationship management, and negotiating effectively.
- Identify team members with potential and support their growth into more advanced roles and responsibilities.
