Recruitment & Reporting
Receive and analyze recruitment needs from departments and coordinate to develop recruitment plans in line with headcount budget..
Execute the full recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, assessing, proposing candidates, and following up till the end of probation.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment channels: job sites, universities, HR partners, etc.
Track, consolidate, and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, effective sources, etc.).
Manage and develop the talent pool by regularly monitoring candidate data and updating the monthly headcount for all positions.
Prepare regular/ad-hoc recruitment reports and analyze HR data to support workforce planning.
Control manpower planning for recruitment activities and support headcount checks for transfers and promotions.
Training & Development
Conduct orientation training for new employees.
Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and develop annual training plan.
Support and implement internal training programs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and employee performance.
Coordinate in recognition programs, from planning to execution.
Other tasks
Willing to participate in all company activities in general and HR department activities in particular.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years in talent acquisition/recruitment and training
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,...) for reporting and data analysis.
Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Experience in managing a small team is an advantage
English at intermediate level, able to communicate effectively.
