Senior Supervisor Logistics

In this role, you will be responsible for the Customs settlement report yearly by closely coordinating with internal team. The Logistics Supervisor will manage norm rate, list of material – finish codes for declare customs. A part of the role, you will follow tolling re-processing contract and declare customs for on-spot import – export shipments.

• Indicate customs material code, finish goods code for customs declarations.
• Running reconciles customs report monthly, balance stock import – export – inventory
• Follow local re-processing contracts, register new re-processing contracts
• Supporting import handling and export handling process
• Keep updating the latest circulars, decrees from customs, government.
• Booking Sale and checking Stock in SAP
• Follow incoming truck
• Import shipments for both RM, PM, customs clearance
• Others: documents, reports payments on time for all vendors, lines, shipping companies
• Handling export shipment (US & international regions)
• Other tasks as arranged by management

• Graduated at least from College & above major from major: International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field.
• Experience with minimum 2-3 years
• Knowledge about food product manufacturing field
• Computer: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• English: intermediate communication and writing
• Solid knowledge in import and export/ Technology & Tools (Ecus5 Vnaccs, SAP user)/ Understand about Vietnam customs rules, regulations and compliance/ Deeply understand about customs settlement report: processing, import for export, reserve processing.
