You will be working as part of Kitchen by GrabFood team to expand our cloud kitchen business.
Get to know the Role:
You will own the KPIs for Kitchen and work with the teams on the ground to 1) pitch kitchens to key target partners to expand their # of locations and 2) work with the existing Acquisition team to use this as a value prop to sell to non partners
The day-to-day activities:
Strategize – Devise and execute the overall merchant strategy for “winning the merchant” across the area and to maximize restaurant GMV, sales and GMV target
Work independently to acquire, maintain relationships, and maximize our GMV from merchants
Business Development – Navigate complex negotiations and close multi-million dollar deals with top merchants in the market. Working with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth
Analyze – Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of merchant acquisition, engagement, and retention programs and experiments. Develop analytical frameworks and coordinate with other business units to measure the impact and efficiency of our team, new products and business processes.
Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and BD teams to improve the merchant experience and achieve the market goals
Process improvement - Diagnose complex account management problems and develop compelling, data-driven recommendations. Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep the team as efficient as possible
