Senior Sale Executive

Support Sales Manager to develop plans and strategies to achieve the sales target.

1. Take care existing key accounts:

• Collecting and analyzing customers’ requirements regarding to order.
• Cooperating with others relative to develop sample products following customers’ requirements.
• Processing orders and transactions with customers.
• Resolving product issues, troubleshooting problems and providing ongoing technique assistant to customers.
• Handing customers’ complaints.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

2. Develop new clients:

• Conducting surveys and market research to study and analyze the needs of the customers.
• Searching new potential customers (networking, social network, exhibitions,…)
• Setting up the meeting and introducing production process of products to potential clients.
• Ensuring that the products are made available to suit the needs of the customer.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of wood products in advance.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
• Bachelor degree.
