  • Manage research projects to ensure meeting project objectives, timeline and good quality of the deliverables especially research conclusions & recommendations.
  • Participate in cross-function teams for developing new products concepts and/or brand communication.
  • Help brand team come up with consumer insights for each category/brand to develop right innovation and/or communication.
  • Support marketing team in business planning process.
  • Understand deeply research objectives and provide valuable inputs for research briefs. Clearly understand (when & how to apply) all key strategic research methodologies.
  • Manage research agency to assure good project execution & actionable results.
  • Write summary of reports (on time in full) & present to Marketing team and/or Senior Management.
  • Participate in various insight-generation workshop/brainstorming session for product & communication development.
  • Provide market & consumers information/trend, volume forecast and demand opportunities.
  • Conduct trade visits to gain strong market & retailers knowledge & insights
